This policy page outlines the terms and conditions under which users (referred to as "you") can use our services.

Information Collection – Web Application
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. In the operation of the WisTwin 360 Vista platform:
Personal Information: We do not collect unnecessary personal details such as names or addresses. The platform uses unique identifiers, such as Buyer IDs, along with phone numbers, to manage user records.
Phone Numbers: Required for sending notifications related to our services. Users can opt-out of notifications at any time.
User Consent: The web application used by the end users has a specific consent page that needs to be signed-off and agreed to before proceeding with the usage of the app
Information Collection – Virtual Reality App
We do not collect any of your information within WisTwin 360 Vista VR app.

Personal Information: No personal information (including Name, email address, mobile number) is collected within the VR app.
Rendering in VR: The experience that is played in the VR application for each user is determined outside the native app either by the agent or end user (through a web interface).
Authentication: Based on a PIN that is generated for each session, pairing of the browser and the VR device is established. Experiences are selected in the web browser and downloaded just-in-time for you to be played in the VR device. No additional information is collected or stored here Use of Information.
Notifications: Phone numbers and emails (if collected in mobile app) are used solely for the purpose of sending service-related notifications.
Authentication and Authorization: All products within WisTwin 360 Vista require user authentication and are protected by authorization mechanisms to ensure data security and privacy.
In VR application, it is a system generated PIN for each session that is used to synch the VR device with the browser.
For the web interface for agents, it is a user name / password based authentication.

Data Security
User Access: Access to the web app is secured through individual Passowrds set up by the users themselves.
Business Accounts: Each subscribing organization (companies or corporates) is provided with distinct login credentials for accessing the management/administration portal.
Data Isolation: Information pertaining to one business’s users is not shared with or visible to any other business. Access is restricted solely to the specific, authorized business entity.

Data Usage and Analytics
Aggregated Analysis: No personal information is used for individual analysis. All platform analytics are conducted at an aggregated level to improve our services and user experience without compromising individual privacy.
Available Data: The data collected within the platform includes:
Content item / VR experience viewed by an individual, duration of viewing System Stats that include when video / VR experience was initiated, loaded, paused and completed. This is mainly for troubleshooting User Rights
Notification Preferences: You as users have the right to opt out of receiving notifications from the WisTwin 360 Vista platform.
Information Access: You can request access to the personal information that WisTwin 360 Vista holds
Business Users Information Access: Only information related to their business will be made available beyond the standard reports for a business user on an on-need basis Data Deletion
There is no personal information available within the VR application that warrants a deletion. No data is stored within the devices
Usage information (that is which unique user ID viewed which content) is available at the server end. This is used mainly for aggregate Analysis

Request for deletion – This can be done by writing to [email protected] along with your unique user ID (which you can obtain from your agent). Once provided with this information, our support team will work on removing usage data associated with this user ID from our database. This process will take 4-5 working days.
