No big-bang migrations. No "rip and replace." We meet your plant where it is — legacy machines from 1996 next to new PLCs from 2024, intermittent network, paper-based audits — and stand the twin up alongside what's already running.

Single line or single plant. Fixed-fee. AssetTwin imported, one capability module activated (typically SmarTwin for OEE or VolTwin for energy). First live dashboard on the shop floor by week 6. Pilot acceptance criteria signed at week 12.

PLANT ROLLOUT

Full plant — every line, every shift, every machine. Two or three capability layers active. Edge gateways deployed for plants with intermittent network. Plant Head wall, supervisor mobile, MD scorecard all live.

Common platform questions.

No. Most customers start with AssetTwin™ + one Run-tier module (typically SmarTwin for OEE or VolTwin for energy). Capability layers are added as you scale. The architecture is designed so every layer reads from the layer below — so you cannot deploy SmarTwin without AssetTwin — but you can absolutely defer Layer 4 (Intelligence) and Layer 5 (Regulatory) modules until your needs grow.
The Western platforms (Siemens MindSphere, AVEVA, GE Digital, PTC ThingWorx, Honeywell Forge) are excellent for greenfield plants with standard equipment, stable network, and big capex. They struggle in Indian brownfield: 1990s machines next to 2024 PLCs, intermittent network, multi-vendor equipment, MSME budgets, state-specific regulators. The Indian players (Tata Elxsi, Cyient, L&T Tech Services, Wipro, Tech Mahindra) typically offer custom services — they build a digital twin for you, not a productized platform you can self-serve. Yes. Bi-directional integration with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC), Oracle, Tally, IFS, JDE — plus common MES systems (Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, Rockwell FactoryTalk, in-house solutions). AssetTwin syncs sub-3-seconds. SmarTwin actuals flow back to ERP. PlanTwin schedules feed MES. We don't replace your existing systems — we federate them through the twin layer.
Median across our active deployments is 11 months. Range varies by tier: Foundation-only deployments (AssetTwin) pay back inside 12 months on spares overhead reduction and audit-prep compression alone. Run-tier customers (adding SmarTwin or VolTwin) typically see 9-11 month payback. Optimize-tier (PredicTwin/InsighTwin) extends to 12-14 months as the AI models train. Comply-tier (TrusTwin/ImpacTwin) pays back inside one disclosure cycle on reduced auditor and consultant fees.
The product is built India-first, but the architecture is global. Indian customers expanding to plants in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, UAE, and East Africa are running Wistwin in those plants too. Tariff structures, regulator frameworks, and language localization expand based on customer demand. For now: 100% focus on Indian manufacturing.
